I think its just a fake mock-up. You can see harsher noise around the xenon flash, and there is some blurring going on.
Its hard to tell though, it does look pretty realistic too...

Yeah they did. I see nothing wrong with it. It means you can have a torch, a video light, and a proper flash on your phone. Makes sense.
