Not only the pictures but by looking at the handsfree or the packing no one can tell its fake or real. Unless u compare the sound quality of these to the one (original) that comes with the phone. I have a very long experience dealing with these fake ones and ive been fooled twice. |

poor performance could just mean a faulty unit.
Quality control in general these days is not like it used to be.

If you buy from un-official web sites, and are one of those people who worrys if what you have bought is genuine, why don't you just goto an official  outlet in the 1st place? Pay the extra few €'s or £'s, but then you'll know you have the quality you expect and piece of mind.
Do you think your HPM-70 Headphones are genuine, I've compared your photo's wth my sliver HPM-70 H/P's I got with my W550i and I'd have to say there is very little difference. Whats the sound quality like?

Well, they look like real, you can't say by just looking at it,you have to compare it's sound quality with the original HPM-70.
Here is mine wich came along with my W810i.

well the sound quality sounds clear but a bit low probably because i have a sony ericsson k800i. lo-couk and rahul 15 wat does ur walkman earphones sound like ? |

mod the sound drivers. K800 is a little softer than W800 audio output.

I'm fully satisfied with my earphones.I get a boombastic sound with full clarity just in the 5th volume bar, and beyond it, believe me you don't need a Home Theatre.Thanks to my  810 i love it. |

Well to me your headphone seems real, fake ones the earphones the SE logo is faced up but yours is correct facing side ways. Well if you're earphones works fine and sounds right nothing to worry about. |

I just have it flat mate (no EQ).
You can bump up all the values to get more volume, but it does distort the sound a bit.

I bought an original hpm-70 for 5 bucks, but I think with an hpm-60 u got better sound, coz when Im using hpm-70 I can hear my heart beats n its disturbing
