The xenon flash would burn out if it was used as a torch.

Oh, didn't know that. heehee thanks for clearing that up.
Anyway, I'm sure its a great fone but the keypad didn't do it for me. They were too thin and too close together for my big thumb. I can press three buttons from the same column at the same time.

...continue

After 3 weeks of use:-

- Battery life: Lasted 48 hrs with 1-2 bars left on the following type of usage: 1 to 1.5hrs talk, 2-3 hrs music, 25-40min wifi + web, some photos and about 1+ hr of PIM use. On 3G band with mostly full signal. It matches my old N70 battery life and better than N95. Now I can safely go for 2 full days without problem. With my N95 sometimes I run out of battery before end of second day.

Battery gauge: Based on time - Bar 1 (~40%), bar 2 drop fast (~5%), bar 3 (15%), bar 4 (10%), bar 5 (10%), bar 6 (5%) and last bar (15%)

- Dpad has "settled in" a bit. It is now slightly more responsive to press and click sound is more muffled.

- No crash or self-reboot during this period

- Bug: If you access e:drive with file/app manager immediately after disconnecting cable in usb mode, phone "freezes" for about 30 seconds before resuming to normal.

- Bug: If you are in landscape mode and you goto task manager/stand-by, display changes back to portrait mode. If you dismiss the taskman/standby, sometimes the display does not go back to landscape.

- Major grudge: "Pencil" key has been taken out. This cause a lot of problem with 3rd party app "hotkey" as most use the "Pencil" key. So now I am only left with 2 usable hotkeys (long press gallery and "c" key) instead of the many with "pencil" key. Just hope 3rd party app developer in the future will recognise the "#" key as a hotkey modifier.
