What's your CDA, Dovern? May be the new firmware isn't available for your CDA yet. WotanServer-updated phone is always welcome by SEUS. No problem. |

The available firmware is for CDA ...../101. It seems CDA ..../104 isn't updated yet. |

Yes.. I confirm this is true... I updated mine... and the chinese t9 is gone!
I still able to read chinese sms, but I can type sms in chinese anymore!!!! DAMM!!!!!.....!!!!!
Anyone can help?

Is yours APAC as mine? Nothing we can do at the moment. I don't know whether this bizzare combo--Generic and APAC--is meant by SE or merely a mistake. Lucky me, I don't speak Chinese. |

Yes, mine is APAC as well. I hope is a mistake by SE, so they can get it fix.

Updated the 1st post with functionality problem of two buttons above the screen. Any comment? In the old R6BC002 button B was still functional to view landscape slide. Now both button A and B do not function to view one landscape picture to another. |

I got my K810i on 27.nov and it already had the update. The phone was sendt from The store the 24.nov. When was the update published on SEUS? |

And no such firmware R8BA024 exists for the K800? I have seen several sites with it, both a R8BA024 for the K810 and one for K800, released Nov 25, but for K800 there is nothing on SEUS... |

Yes i did check my firmware verson. I checked the same way as you wrote  It was send from Oslo in Norway on the 24.nov. So it must have been updatet earlier than 24.nov.

Go to the Forum section of www.davinciteam.com and browse somewhere about Official Sony Ericsson Bulletin RSI or something. One bulletin released and quoted by GSMen entitled 'RSI : New Firmware R8BA024/R8BB001...' states that 'no more general releases of K800 R8BA024...bla bla bla..'. Sorry, I'm on Opera Mini, can't give you the exact link.

The date of firmware is 071010 meaning October 10, 2007. |
