@pulsar
W910 is not good,poor sound quality.I think u can get N81, N82 or N95 8Gb.
And w910i is buit on same platform A200 as k850i,and some are having problems with w910i phone with frequent restarting.
At the end of day not good value for money.

May I ask if you have used a W910? How do you know then, the quality is so poor???

If I was you, go to a retail mobilshop and try them out. then decide what kind of phone you want to buy.

@SilveR.
I don't think he actually needs to own one as the same goes for the K850 just look at all the very unhappy people with lots of problems. Yes there are some with no problems apparently but there are plenty more on there 2nd, 3rd 4th or even 5th handset. Most of these users are also long time SE users to so it really isn't down to user error but SE's failure to deliver.
Now the N82 is also hitting the market at roughly the same price for a much higher spec SE really have to sort these build quality and software out fast all in the lead up to Christmas they are going to lose out big time.
I really find this so sad for a company that was once so good just what is going on at SE as none of it is good. I still believe and blame Sony for ruining a once great company.

K850 and W910 not same phone at all.. Problems at K850 don't even exist at W910.
And Most of the problem phone are operator branded..
True N82 has much higher spec than SE phones.
A tip from me is.. go to store and clam at phones before buying is good idea..

The K850 and W910 are not the same phone and build quality is different.
However Software errors on the W910 are in line with the K850i
However not as much with the W910
The K850 / W910 / V640 and Z750 all use the A200 platform as the phones are all JP-8 Platforms.
All the above phones have a very simular software, they are all just moulded to the specific phone.
The K850, W910 and V640 Original firmwares are R1CA029
(However the K850i has now started to be shipped with R1CA037, but not yet ava to the public on SEUS)
The Z750 was shipped with R1CA031
The W910 I beleive has started to be also shipped with R1CA031 now.
Hope this helps |

I know both are A200 platform phone
But as I said stay away from operator branded phones.
Only different between W910 and K850, one with cybershot software other with Walkman. .. .

I have a O2 K850i which is virtualy none exsitant in branding.
The Playnow is a o2 logo and thats it.
The R1CA037 ismega different to the R1CA029 in terms of buggs.
There are still bugs but the phone is more responsive now |

Wow, I just turned my phone from portrait to landscape whilst watching a video! I am officially impressed (only because I never knew they put that feature in the phone)! |

You O2 user are more lucky than Vodafone and 3 users then..
Truth is SE needs at last few more firmwares for K850i.. then the buggs shall be solved..

Thats what one benefit is with o2.
They leave the phone how the manufacture intended it to be, which in this case is Sony Ericsson.
Vodafone, brand there's to hell, remove features, disable others, change sms/mms system and the list goes on. (phone is also network locked)
T-Mobile, arnt overlay that bad, just change a couple of things, but do remove the update now button. (phone is also network locked)
Orange, are simular to Voda with branding, but not as heavy. However the K850i has one menu which no other SE has on orange branding which is the update now. (So is orange learning?) (Phone is also network locked)
3, Branding is heavy as well. Again Removing the Network selection menu for 3g and GSM, GPRS always connected and so on (Phone is also network locked)
O2, Change the Play now to O2 logo and remove the my friends in the Messaging menu, thats it. Phone also says in Software menu, Generic (Phone is also not locked.)
