Not sure what you have running in your N95 but I get full 2 days (i.e. 48 days) with on bar left, with usage 10-15min wifi, ~1hr of calls, couple of sms, 30mins of PIMs and couple of photos. This is with gsm-only mode turn on. With 3G/dual mode, I get about 1.5 days with the same use.
I have the following installed user processes running all the time in the background.
IVCM daemon
BestProfile daemon
MiniGps daemon
HandyProfile daemon
Taskman daemon
HandyClock daemon
Active Notes daemon
RemindMe daemon

not trying to support the k850i here, or trying to start a mini-war but both n95's i owned, i did not use gps once on either, and barely used wifi as i use my laptop, and still i was forced to charge again (twice a day)before the end of the day. And i did not use the camera/video much either.
thanks...........at least some who dare to tell the truth about N95 crappy battery life...........Nokia themself admit that N95 battery is realy bad..(thats why the made a stronger battery (BL-6F) to the Black version)
i can also admit that the Black version, (8GB memory,(BL-6F) battery, 128MB RAM and VGA screen) is much MUCH more beatiful & hopefully have better build quality...(hope the solve the crappy slide who sitts on the original N95)........sadly, it will cost more the original N95..(that one cost ~700 EURO when it came to Sweden...wwaaahhhhh...

Couple of SMS, about half an hour of phone calls and about 2 hours of music playback, plus some games and couple of (sometimes many) photos (even with flash) I get about 2-3 days with 3G mode on on my K810.

LOL . Don't try to compare the K810 Battery with N95 please , IMO K810 has a WAY better battery life then N95 ...
My k810 battery lasts 3 days , i haven't seen any moment yet where it has lasted 2 days ... everytime i charge it lasts 3 days ...
N95 , everyone knows it has a Bad Battery Life ... Nokia themself know it too , thats why they have changed the battery in Nokia N95 8GB and improved the awful design of normal N95 ...

my vote is k850.........or maybe N95 Black version
-----------------------------------------------------------------
+ k850....much cheaper
+ N95 Black....WLAN + 8GB memory
- k850....i realy dont know, maybe the lack of wlan...(but i think Turbo 3G often is better then wlan, because you have fast conection "all" time)
- N95 Black.....realy expensive
he he he....look what N95 black cost here....1260 EURO...waaaahhhhh
(cheapest web price is 700 EURO...still to much money)

@plankgatan:
well price from where I am from are not that ridiculous as the one you dig up
N95-8Gb
http://www.mobilesquare.com.s[....]ducts_detail.asp?pid=628&cid=2
N95
http://www.mobilesquare.com.s[....]ducts_detail.asp?pid=384&cid=2
K850
http://www.mobilesquare.com.s[....]ucts_detail.asp?pid=623&cid=13
The price different between K850 and N95 is just 20 euro. Between N95-8Gb it is 180 euro. Factor in the 8Gb microSD for K850 the price difference is just 80euro. At this price I can safely say K850 is a very stupid buy.

@Author ,
Don't think about buying K850 and N95 ... Just pay a bit more money and get N95 8GB ...

@Blutarsky
its ideal to get the n95 8gb because its more refined all most all things
are refined and rejunevated like the battery and the ram.IMO k850i is not perfect though as some people had problems with automatic lens cover opening,and scratchy suface of k850i,and the dust that gets under the lens and K850i does requires some firmware updates.and k850i has some creeky sounds coming from the battery cover.
GO for n95 8gb, no second thoughts needed i think |

I dont know why people compare HSDPA with WiFi. Seriously, use some sense. HSDPA might be fast but you have to PAY for it, where as there are lots of free wifi hot spots. Plus with the 8GB memory, transferring it through WiFi must be fast too. Faster than USB?? is it?

I've browsed the samples and I must admit that, given the current firmware, K850 loses badly.
But it reminds me when N95 came out and was beaten by our good ol' friend K750.
Probabily nextgen firmware will fix it up.
If N95 black will fix N95 limitations...... will it sport HDSPA?
