Here's mine... a bit rubbish really 
But i've pulled a couple of tendons in my right wrist after getting into a fight the other weekend  So i've been using it to rehabilitate

It is too good for a started.
Try not to push that hard. If you continue you will start to fell a pain at your wrist. And probably it will last about a week. Than you will not be able to play with you ball for a week
Try to be stick around 8000-9000rpm. After a week you will get used to it. Than you can push as hard as you can. After that you hardly feel any pain.
