I hate ringtones .. my phones are always on vibrating alert, so the tones in the T68i don't mean a thing to me!
Why I got the phone - it looks good, its compact, its got color, mms, gprs, bluetooth, i can attach a cam, and not many people here in India have a T68i .. and definitely none that I know!
The 7650 is too common here ... almost every alternate clubber is doing his bit of paparazziness every night holding out that bulky clunky unit high up in the air. Its just too common. I was right in the middle of the crowd for the recent paul van dyk concert and from there i could see at least seven people taking pics of the man himself with their 7650s. For me, the 7650 is out of style.
While everywhere else the T68(i) may be old, its not the case in India. At the next concert, there will be seven 7650's and one T68i taking pics .. and it will be fun!
Call me superficial if you want but hey, that's me!

Yea, people with music tones or loud tones & sms tones are like bad buskers, inflicking there shit on the people arround them, but at the same time thinking people are impressed, so far it appears nobody has been shot for doing it but there is still time ! |

I will never buy another phone without bluetooth. Simple.
When the bluetooth revolution really comes about, Nokia will have shot themselves in the foot by leaving it out. |

The t68 has had its day. I agree there arent many phones on the market that have as many functions as the t68, but there soon will be. I played with an xda and an spv today, and it made me realise how dated certain things are on the t68. And someone referred to a bluetooth revolution. This will never happen as bluetooth transmission speeds arent fast enough. Bluetooth is only good for headsets and wireless data dialup.

Wait 'till microsoft really start supporting bluetooth and you'll see that you can't live without it. They already have a bt keyboard...

In respect of my previous post, its my opinion that bluetooth wont be that big. I agree its nice and useful for keyboards etc but after seeing some designs and theoretical transfer speeds for the newer wifi systems im not too sure

WiFi is meant for a different market of devices. Bluetooth is meant for personal area networks while WiFi are for local area networks.
