Indeed, and for the money your idea is very good. However, don't forget that you could simply plug your earphones into the MBR-100 and have bluetooth earphones. Only difference i that you would lose all call connectivity etc.
So to conclude if you want to bluetooth yourself up (earphones and hifi) and have all the convenience of calls get the HBH-DS200 or HBH-DS220.  I would if I didn't already have the DS970 and the lack of features the DS200/220 has. The DS980 will be my next one!

the 3.5mm jack made it perfect for wireless use of personal earphones/headphones  never mind the small LCD in the set, bear in mind it's better to look at the QVGA screen of W960 when in walkman mode than staring at that funky LCD for tracks

I just prefer the style of the DS220, no point in be buying a style i don't like just for the sake of it going around my neck... |

So If I was going to plug the D220 in to some speakers, how do you stream music from a PC with A2DP? |

i know this post is a little old, but hbh ds220 is being sold in my country at approximately 120 north american dollars.
How is the quality of the earphones included ?
Im not sure about that way of holding the headset with a clip . Is it safe enough ?
I think that wearing a t shirt with the headset will be a good way of being stolen :S .
Last question how about battery life time?
