you need to get beyond the fact it doesnt have a cam or all the specs and you fall in love with BB..
i thought the very same as you when i got my 7290 and i was life wtf is this heap..
but you know no other phone on the planet does email quite as well as a BB..
i know i wont be changing from a BB for a while.

Think i get where you are coming from, and hey i respect your opinion, but sorry mate, tried it and couldnt wait to get rid. thankfully the company i work for now allows me a choice, for 6 months i had no option but to use BB8700 (never again). |

Blackberry is like the leader in Push Email, just like SE are in walkman phones....
hutychers (sorry for typo) The networks are all roughly between £10-£15 for data. I think T-Mobile will probably have the hightest fair uage allowance...but if you think you can use 75mb a month then it oesnt really matter which one you get....O2 allow just a Data Plan only with no calls and texts...
The camera will come soon on an 8800 Pearl style model...but BB were always meant for the Business market until the Pearl which was based at the more consumer market......
It is all about taste though, you either hate them or love them

does anyone know of a website that we can up load from ourpc's/mac's and download from our phones? This is the only way i can figure out to get the tones i want on my phone...

I dont have the 8707 only played with one. I use an Unlocked 8700v with Telstra OS, tweaked a little bit...
What issues you got...?

I have picked up an issue with a certain profile 3G simcard whereby it doesn't log onto the network, I'm actually awaiting feedback from someone on this issue

Options -->Network--> "Turn Data Off"

Try this: visit www.coolservice.dk/en/compatibilities.php from the computer there is a free file uploader. It will generate a code when the song is uploaded, then from the bb visit wap.coolservice.dk and enter the code to download the song
