I'd like to update the firmware of my T68i Hw Ver.: R5D to the latest firmware. I currently have firmware ver.: R3E002. The phone hangs randomly and I have to keep the power button pressed quite a bit to power cycle it. Also, menu lists seem to be very slow and hope in added speed.

Where do I find a list of SE Service Centers?

My T69mc is a R2E006. Does this firmware make my T68mc a T68i? I have Chinese apart from english as languages. Do I need to upgrade?

Ive got R2B025 software, am ready to upgrade to R5D007 @ carphonewarehouse service point. Ive got R6A012 on my PC but im not messing around
