Ruvjet;
See my post above about backlog of MMS errors on Vodafone (4,000). You must have been at right up there at the head of the queue.

If Voda Con and Voda Retail (or Direct or whatever they call themselves) are one and the same, why is it that when I ring 191 from my mobile to get Vodafone customer service they say that they are NOT my service provider and that I should ring that 08701 666(markofthebeast)777 number?

Somebody's pulling my T*dger here. I'm losing my rag...They won't like it if I turn green...aaarrggghhh

Its possible so send mms through mixmobiles server, so why the feck you cant through the proper o2 server is beyond me. The only thing i can think off is that as gprs isnt active on my sim it wont let me dial up. And is it just me or does everyone get pissed off with correcting the bloody spellings when using t9? When i go to type 'me' its comes out as of! Grrr

Ahhh, but it does matter. GPRS is also a network service, but 18 months after release on Vodafone (April 2001), Cellular operations and singlepoint still don't support it.

MMS is NOT available on O2 if you are on a 'genie' tariff. They will only add it if you migrate to more expensive, less value added tariffs!

So that's my 40p per message they have lost. I will stick to my unlimited text, yes O2...unlimited....and you haven't written the 'we can charge you clause' into my contract!

Tossers.
