while I understand the sentiment of the thread and clearly know the type of person being discussed (and its not just one person btw), I can say I can only ever recall one complaint about one person and the request to me was to ask that person to stop PMing that person.
given the title of thread "The stop perving petition" do we also consider threads filled with gratuitious girlie pics to be pervy? an example that comes to mind would be this one
given fatreg's last comment I can only assume that such posts should also be restricted?
I also feel that to a large extent such posts also fit most of the comments of his opening post?

I never really thought about the different type of pictures and threads that have been posted. It is more to do with the fact that whenever a member admits to being female or a female joins the forum they get bombarded by pm's!
I had so many pm messages when i changed my username from thecopperfield to miss copperfield, why? Somehow it changes peoples attitude towards you which is really stupid.

you will notice masseur that i did not post in that thread.. while my view of indecent material maybe different to others i feel that there are enough of us that feel certain members know what they are doing.. the member im talking about even posted in the above thread asking if it would get the mods approval.. therefore knowing it was wrong..
all i ask for is a little decency and courtesy towards our female members.. yes i am male but i know only too well what its like to be a female and get attention.. and NO i have never been female before we go down this route. i just happen to have had a special upbringing...

I'm not disagreeing with what you are saying, and if I got more complaints I would deal with them, but my opinion in general was that members know and "understand" these people and take little notice and/or treat their posts with as much respect as they deserve
PM's are a different, and more serious matter, and we have no access to those so it really does require a complaint to a moderator
I do feel though, that this topic should be widened to include the issue I have raised. should pics such as these be allowed? are they pervy and perhaps give a more liberal attitude of the forum that we might want?

if posts of a more 'liberal' subject matter were grouped together the user would know what they were going to be reading etc and therefore could have no complaints?
while i say this i feel the forum should still uphold the standards it tries to have now and merely group posts that moderators feel may offend some.
as for PM'ing people just because they are female, i find that quite sad. what chance is there that the said female would even like the male involved, let alone want to send pictures around the internet. i feel that practises such as that should be stopped.

When a few of you posting here have made a mockery of the 911 Tragedy on several occassions.
Yet you are so quick to judge others when some of you are without blemish, Mockery of others tragedy is not honerable either.
I don't know who you are refering to in this post, but if you want to all get self righteous, then practice what you preach.... Specifically the person (and his followers) who posted the Offensive link that Masseur was refering to.

Honestly, the thread (link) that I refered to, that you made reference to earlier in this thread (questioning wether appropiate )was very offensive to me when I first saw this in esato and should be completely eliminated from the forum........

i do feel all "porn" threds should be removed from esato as not all of us wanna look at it (im male btw) if i wasnted porn ill goto an adult website not a family aged fourm
yes im even talking about the "babe" themes etc unless women are going to start posting pics of men etc (im not gay!) but my view is if women use the fourm (which they do) they should be treated the same not by hungry horny men who get kicks out of pm

In my case . . . going with the title of this thread . . . how would you in the FIRST place define - PERVERSION, Fatreg  I know (you too) that in other threads we came across each other's remarks re: this issue . . . In the case of the newbie-female-member: Marly . . . YES! I openly asked for her pic . . . just to find out how she looks . . . I Think there are numerous members here who post stupid, and crappy subjects and replys. Like mince and meths thread, the chat thread, the word association game, they are all filled with rubbish, but are all in good humour
also at jojo - were you JN before? I would say asking for pics is fine, but its the way you do it, no offence meant, but the last one you said about you were rather persistant and for most people forums are a place where they rather be heard and not seen, especially newer members.

I agree with what you said about the semi porno gadgets thread. When I saw it I thought it should be banned as although I like off topic things like that and do appreciate the development of such threads, I don't think its really the kind of thing for esato as it is bordering porn, fair enough a ass is fine (theyre shown on tv in dove ads etc) but when you get peoples girlfriends and themselves posing in such ways with gadgets it really does look like the start of a soft porn thread (I knwo they are not showing anything, but its mainly the poses) I think i found that one most amusing as I didnt realise some people were so sad/weird fettishes

@ reo . What the bloody hell does the 9 11 thread have to do with the subject of this post. And fyi . Im a survivor of hurricane katrina . Was in it and have got NO damn assistance since been trying . The so called 911 victims got more help. Just one more reason I Left bloody America and wont go back.
