Hi QVGA,
Are the E series not 3rd edition phones? there are new phones due to be added all the time although the information i received from my local service centre was end of the month for the N93. Patience is not something i am blessed with but in this instance i really don't think we have a choice.

there's a new NSU available and vista is listed as supported, but it still doesn't detect my N95 although the pc suite has no problem at all.

the N95 is not listed on the download page so I have downloaded it by clicking on N93 as I assume its the same version anyway and I've read several sites where people already did a firmware update when the N95 first came out (although I already have that version loaded from new).

I'd just like to see the N95 detected by NSU so any clues?

Hi Masseur,

That is very strange as it is all working fine for me even ran it to see if there was any new firmware for my N93. Apparently there is now new Firmware for the N95 will give details in a new thread.

I've read lots that say that norton internet security causes issues with NSU and even disabling it doesn't help. people have had to resort to uninstalling NIS to get NSU to work.

I won't go that far. in fact I've bought an old xp laptop to do this now, and a few other things vista still has issues with
