@Liezel: Do you have a beige (rose white) casing for the T39m? Also, do you know how to fix the standby time bug on it? Thanks. |

hello... it would be of great help if someone could explain this to me...
when i look at the back cover of my phone it says my model is t68i, yet i have chinese characters on my keypad so that makes me a t68ie, right? does that mean that my phone was upgraded from an "i" to an "ie"... could a service center bring it back to an "i" again?
thanks in advance...

@liezl
thanks... if we reset it back to t68i: ( i have many questions, sorry)
>> what languages will it support now? will it have a language support like that of phones made in sweden?
>> i believe that the only advantage to this is that upgrades (SW) are more "focused" on an "i" version, right? so that is a major advantage. other sw versions either comes in late or none at all for "non-"i" phones"... pero currently naman, i am using the r5d007 sw. i am more concerned about future upgrades...
>> would templates (especailly mms) be back? i did a master reset before and unfortunately it was lost... and cguro naman, yung sms templates would not be in chinese...
>> how much would it cost? (bought outside, so non-warranty) and how long will the service take...
>> lastly, who will i approach at your center,
thanks in advance and more power... |

that normal happens wen u upgrade ur phone all the phone memory will be erase. R5d is our latest sw version. It will be more nicer if you could dropby here in our office if ever ur phones has a problem. For non warranty phones the sw upgrade cost 500. You can approach anyone of us here in the reception |

Liezel, just curious which one are you in reception the one on the left or right sitting up front? (customer point of view) Been there once to upgrade my phone, but never caught the name of the one who helped me there.

As of now, the software for upgrading T68mc is not yet available here in the Phil.
We are not selling accessories and phones., its purely service center. |
