The two I have are ImToo mpeg and Sorenson squeeze suite
If you want very fast encoding the get ImToo mpeg
If you want very good video quality then get Sorenson
Even though Sorenson is a lot slower I prefer it as it can give you the same quality as ImToo but ½ the file size so not much competition their
