Hey, no, it won't have a warranty. But... having been asked about this a few times, I just wonder how many times people actually go to SE with a problem with their phone, generally phones are damaged, and thus you use your insurance. If it is a software fault, generally a firmware flash will sort though out (Many programs to do that online, and if not, an SE service center may do it if you ask nicely!)
