Here's some shots so you've got an idea of scale etc. In some of my shots my W900i,W800i and my new W810i all have 'silicon skins' on.
I'll take some better shots later on today.
I've been 'playing' with the W810i throughout my nightshift last night (all ten hours of it ) and can only find a couple of things that niggle me:
1) Not able to display time when in sleep mode.
2)The buttons are maybe a tad small if you've got large fingers (like me!)
3)It's supplied in a crappy cardboard box instead of the plastic tubs as the W8/900i
Other than that everything seems to be as expected but i'll post back here if anything else crops up.
First impressions = 9/10...well done SE! |

Displaying the time in standby is pretty much taken as standard in modern phones now. What has SE achieved by removing this feature? Protect the screen, save battery?
Does it display a missed call or new sms message on the standby screen. I would hope so! |

Couldn't help but notice but you've got Windows Vista? Is that just a skin on Windows XP or have you got the real thing? But back on topic, ow would you check the time at a glance without the clock?

Could it be that you have to press the volume up button on the side when on standby to view the time (like the K700)? |

Yes, if you press the Walkman button or volume buttons the clock will be shown for approx 20 sec before the display goes off again.

Its a patch you can download for xp, and it works very well.
To check the time you just push the orange coloured 'W' button and its displayed for about 20 seconds. |

congrats Scottsboy .. nice collection;
wondering if you could PM me that WinXP Vista lookalike patch location please?
W810 like it but the keypad just isnt me. I need the K740 keypad ... but my new K750 needs 1 GB MSDuo Pro & HPM-70 anyone know of a reputable US/Canadian reseller that has unused ones in BLACK?!!!
