Yeah!, finally got it!!.. at first i was kinda reluntant to get it.. thought it will look and feel weird...

After putting it on... it looks pretty ok, and best of all, it feels good, like 'enhanced' grip @:D

It came with 'screen-protector' too... sweet @;)

Cheers @=D

Hi ppl,

I was wondering, I'm looking for a good case for the k750i, and I came out with 2 options:

1. Crystal Clear Case ( http://telecomtelecom.nl/?p=5&id=7455 )
2. Silicone Case, but with cut-out keyboard section ( http://telecomtelecom.nl/?p=5&id=7455 )

Does someone have experience with that Crystal Clear case? And I know that I could buy one of those Pivot silicone cases, but is it then possible to cut out the keyboard section by myself?

Up until yesterday I was of the impression that the Krusell case was the best of all cases I had tried. I've changed my mind after the "multidapt" clip attachment broke clean off my case. As you can see from the photo (taken with my W800 of course) all they do is melt plastic studs behind the leather to bond the clip to the case. A pretty poor solution really that looks prone to breaking to me. This is the shortest lived case I have ever had. This is disappointing as it is also the most expensive. Even the cheapest of case makers use metal studs to attach clips to the case.

With the krusell case I also found it hard to keep the back flip open when taking photos. I also found it annoying that the studs that hold the back camera cover/flap closed kept undoing. This would leave your phone flapping around on your hip. However, the quality of the leather and fit of the case was excellent. It really is a shame that it has been let down and left useless to me by a cheap clip attachment - This is interesting as one of Krusells selling points is this "Multidapt" adaptor.

I have sent an email to krusell to see what my options are and asked for an explanation why this broke so quickly - it was only a month old. Being in Australia I doubt it will be worth my time/money to send the case to Sweeden.

I think the best case for the k750i or maybe for all phones is the crystal case. I bought it right after I bought my k750i. I got no problems at all it really protects the phone from scratches and still able to keep the style. There is no obstuction when I use the keypads or the camera.

For the sillicon case, my only problem is that it is very hard to pull the phone from the pocket because it grips and they tend to loosen in time.

For the leather case, I just dont like the style and it is very hassle to open for the camera. Also, the zipper could scratch the sides of the phone.

At first i wanted to get crystal case.. but at the end gotten pivotcase instead... coz somehow i just felt that crystal case looks like for "showcase mobilephone" or those "display mobilephones" in phone-shops.

And another thing, imo crystal case will add more "shock" to the phone since its 'hardcase'.. unless ur 100% sure u wont be 'accidently' drop yers...

Btw, why do u want to cutout the keyboard section?.. pivotcase supposed to keep dust from keyboards and other sections which are protected... =/

oopsiedaisy, for that second one i meant this: http://mobile.brando.com.hk/SEK750iSiliconeCase.php
To me it's more about keeping my k750i from scratches and stuff, it rarely or does not happen that i accidentaly drop my k750i (cus it's in my pocket everytime). =)

/edit:
To answer your question about tahat keyboard, i'm frequently playing games, writing text messages or just tuning into music with my mobile, so i prefer it to be open then closed

I have a crystal case for my k750i and, for me, it does its job very well. It adds some to the size of the phone though, but not much. I think it looks cool, too.
