The price is definetly an issue, especially if it lacks one major feature to justify a high price (~$600 for the W900? probably more). Push based email access. Over here (in the US) it's all about the Blackberry and the Treo. Both of them have push based corporate email available (blackberry through BES and treo/win mobile phones through GoodLink). I know that RIM (the makers of the Blackberry) have releases an application to run on the P990 (maybe it was the P900?) but the same is needed for the W900 if it's expected to sell for over $500. UMTS and a great camera won't be enough to sell this phone IMO. |
