Well. Some statistics: dad's 6310i still works. mom's 3310 still works. wife's 7250i still works. brother's 6170 still works. mother-in-law's 3610 still works. friend's Ngage still works.
Personally, non of the Nokia phones I ever purchased ever developed faults - and I have used quite a number - including 6610, 3310, 9210, and 9500.
I prefer SE anyday, but its hard for me to fault Nokia with what I see around me at the moment. IMO, its an achievement for Nokia.

@M_R, you're not likely to get an answer to that question. You'll probably hear about quality being uber alles, etc... Although i'm sure Nokia shareholders are happy they're holding Nokia shares and not those of their underperforming (by comparison) rivals
