Ayush~ if you persist that you want Hutch to be accountable, if they are wrong.. do take some Seniors' contacts & talk to them. Else file a writ in a tribunal.
@Mrao~ that is just a f*ukin auto response Ayush has got IMO. I doubt WHO'S eyes land on Customer mails (assuming they aren't Auto Deleted)

not hutch shop... go to the head office and ask for usage details on hard copy... thne you'll get a clear idea of all the usage/mms etc. for which you got charged

It'll do nothing else other than give you a tabulated version of your usage and the amount charged per unit of usage....if they have deducted more than what the statement says, then you can demand a refund/credit......If the deduction is less than the amount on the statement....then well...
And if it tallies....they have deducted it already anyway |

nope...its simpler than that....
As far as prepaid customers go, the usage statement produced by Hutch is sacrosanct....theres no "according to you" business If the statement sums up to more than what they have deducted, be rest assured that they will deduct the rest....if its less than what they have deducted...theyll cook up some insane reason, which you can do nothin about coz the moolah is already deducted.....if it tallies..they*ll just say....see, we told you its deducted as per your usage statement.....
@a, my dear friend....on a prepaid basis...you are in a no win situation, when it comes to disputing charges |

Is there any chance of them refunding the remaining balance if he wants to surrender the card? Ayush, take airtel and show them you're switching to their rivals in front of them. Go to their office and fire them!

@Whiz. Refunding balance is a dream. That never happens. Whoever threatens them of switching over to other network, makes no difference to them. They are tough nuts to be cracked.
