@* FVR on ANC. same old pathetic, tobacco munching, american lapdog. he was asked for his opinion on the current military crisis.
wala akong nadinig kundi ang pagiging bida nya sa 1986 EDSA ek-ek. kaya until now di ako registered voter eh.
the electoral process will not change the current status of the filipino people. it will not be the solution. kala ko corrupt na si mckoy. eh pano si FVR? si ERAP?
the filipino people should stop dreaming that electing new leaders will save them from poverty, injustices etc
my two cents! |

Let's hope better things arise from this situation.
Quote from MTC's Lipstick:
Eversince the Cory Administration, I have been very apolitical. Call it a form of resigned indifference which is bad but that's how it is for me. I know I can't change the world nor one country. Hence, I have tried in my own little way to change lives for the better by sending less fortunate children to school, donating what I can to orphanages. I tell myself to work hard, pay my taxes and hopefully someday whatever I contribute will be for the betterment of this country's future.
Let's dispense with semantics whether this is a coup, state of rebellion, mutiny or what-have-you for a moment. I caught the Junior Scout Ranger's outcry (whose name escapes me) on TV earlier and at the risk of being saccharinely mushy I was truly moved to tears. Call me emotional but it hurt me, I felt his pain, his frustration. Was that acting on his part? Some portion of a script orchestrated by the higher ups? I don't know. All I know is that the two demands he aired were so basic -- accounting of ammunition after every encounter and decent housing.
While many of you may argue along with the numerous other officials who have come forward that they should've followed due process even if their pleas will fall on deaf ears again ---- I guess after you see hundreds of your fellow soldiers die from government bullets it does something to you. As to the decent housing, they are afterall the first to die in combat so why can they not at the very least have this? I am a conscientious and diligent taxpayer, should I not also have a say how my hard earned money should be spent?
I know there are many implications to their uprising, but must it always come to this before pleas are heard? Perhaps it is time, for the powers that be, to listen for a change and stop talking. |

@*. Finally it's over. I was at G4 last Saturday night watching Tomb Raider(LFS). So ayun paglabas namin may gulo na. We were advised to leave the place right away. Mas nag-panic pa yung mga security guard ng Ayala Center. Tsk tsk tsk.
What a day! |

@xerx, na-install mo na ba sa P8 mo yung camcorder? Ok na sya kahit beta version pa lang. Walang sound and file format is mp4. Saves up to 10secs of recorded video. |

@*morning! don't wanna flame anyone ha, but i was moved by what trillanes said last night.. mahal ko na ata sya read this somehwere: 'vietnam won the war because they were driven by a cause, it didn't matter that they were up against a biggie, ie, US.' i always feel bad when i see a young, intelligent man give up and lose his ideals. |
