To sum up, the phones that could be in the works are:
CK15 - a cheap qwerty phone, probably a Yendo successor
W15 - an Android Walkman
A X8 successor
W995 successor - I'm still wondering whether it'll be a feature-phone or an Android device?
A dual core phone - not going to appear anytime soon...
Is that all?

I have a feeling that w15= w995 successor.
Agree with you on a feature phone. (no 2.1 eclair se!!!)
Agreeing with you on x8 successor.
Also agreeing with you on dual core.
If there wasn't an earthquake in Japan, they got a chance of a dual core in q4, but now...

For real??????
Cyber-Shot Android..????
now..THAT's nice....
why not... walkman made it's way to android smartphones (despite the fact that many handsets these days have a complete and powerful media player)..
but there is hardly any androids out there with serious imaging capabilities. i believe the cyber-shot brand will out-shine walkman if it make it's way to the android handsets. ( so logically.. it can be true ) |

So for being Cybershot, it should have a Xenon flash, no?

Add 3x optical zoom and the N8 is sure going to retire.

The new Exmor R 16 Megapixel Developed By Sony Ericsson (Sony Exmor IMX081PQ R) is minuscule compared to the 12 Megapixel sensor developed by Toshiba that are integrated with N8 (Toshiba HES7), besides being less quantity Microns Per Pixel. .. Of course no account of all this New Optical Sensor which is composed of (4 Aspherical Elements of plastic) against a set composed by Carl Zeiss Optical (5 Aspherical Elements Glass) ... So what's the point if the Assembly More Megapixels Optical Image Sensor and are lower than the current King of the camera phone??
No answer ... Sincerely hope that Sony Ericsson's much better handling the apparatus and Do It Real The Promise Made With Launch of New Sensor Exmor R, IE, Supreme Excellence In Quality Photo ... Wear What We Have Seen the Sample Images Coming of appliances Arc and Neo, Saint Just Having a Great Clarity ...Leaves and Much More in the Wish ... For the Aggressive Post-processing of the Integrated Image Sensors These appliances just end up with all the detail in the picture, I have seen examples of images captured on resolution of 8 Megapixels With only 740 Kb in size! A True Nonsense! Why More Than Xenon flash and optical zoom Hopefully I Post A Decent Image Processing in the New Member of the Family Cybershot!
Until There Are No Good Everything Just Especulções ... The Reality in Terms of Image Quality Exceptional goes by the name of Nokia Nseries N8!

Oh, c'mon... N8's slightly better quality won't make you a better photographer |

That's true but 3x optical zoom together with the new Exmor R sounds more exciting than N8's sensor |

When I saw the new xperia mini, I've started to think to buy one, when it will be launched. The only disadvantage would be the lack of xenon flash. I hope this Cyber-shot android will have xenon flash, with no more than 8 mp camera and an HVGA resolution screen would be enough too. With a decent size and reasonable price it would be a really nice phone. With more than 8 mp it would't take better pictures just it would be more expensive. A bigger screen would result a larger and more expensive phone. I hope its price won't be higher than 300 euro. |

You've a good point but to me it looks like a large phone (screen size of 4" and maybe even more). Hoping there'll be a mini version of it, too |

optical zoom degrades image quality, i would be much more happy with 16MP + 10fps shutter and HHT (handheld twighlight) that would easily destroy N8 for night photography imo
