On top of my head i canīt remember any other \\\-model that list the tunes by name.. those listed here are pretty much the standard ones on most of them AFAIK.. i will fire up another oldie and have a look

Yep, on T28 and T39 at least you only have "Melody #" or "My melody #", and the basic ringtones "high", "low" and so on.
Apple Ericsson would have been better !

T28 WORLD and... T39 again !!!

Actually high pitch melody was made especially for ppl who hear wrong.

That sounds strange, since the high frequencies are usually the ones first to disappear, normally the hearing gets worse already in the late teens early twenties *how encouraging, right?*

Id u recognize, that in r520 for example, the melodies arent so loud then in older /// fones? And the vibra is more weak too.

For me it was totally casual... I was looking for a second-hand good triband phone on the internet and started to read devoted reviews about the t39... then I discovered Esato... then I bought a t39 !
Apple Ericsson would have been better !
