Yeah Rob its bin a tough day darm that heat its like a furnace at work :-o ive gotta go into work at 7am all wk atleast dont ave tey saturday now.. yay my b music account has now offically terminated got a letter today and they sent me anuv co. details CHANNEL anyone heard of emm !

nope never heard of channel? i hate mail order music/video clubs cuz they always want u to buy sumit,and if not they send u there special for that month which is usually shite.

Gawd i'll be glad when this week is over going to bed early is boring u dont get time to do anything if u do early shifts :-l;-):-D tink that club dont send u any recommended records it mentions that dvds r cheap all u gotta do is buy 3 in a yr and thats that apparently might check out there site www.channel.com HAVE A GOODAY ALL! :-)

Im sure u tried rob with the hayfever but nil convo lol :-p .. Lol just watchin da news dentists warning parents bout there kids teeth apparently most kiddies have to have there teeth removed at early ages cos there rotten! The issue here is give there kids heathly stuff sugar drinks and chocolate are a no no parents moan thats it hard to keep children away from it yeah right! Wheres the discipline and respect :-l
