I'm from Egypt, got my K750i from SE service center in Mohandeseen in August, for LE 2690. it came with the latest firmware (Y) I also like how it can be updated @ home.
I'm happy to find such thread, you rock guys.

Ok, I don't have a K750 but the updating shouldn't be too hard.
Things you need:
1- Sony Ericsson K750i
2- USB Cable provided in the box
3- A PC, probably wants one with Windows XP SP2.
Go to sonyericsson.com browse to your region which is north africa. Then you go to Fun and Downloads. You probably have to sign up but then that's free. You should find something about phone update, and it'll walk you through it once you get the phone model right. I think a broadband internet connection is required. I hope this helps a little.

I don't have an 'O' and mahora doesn't have another 'A'. Other than that I'm happy you found Esato deidoooooo I hope I helped. Now I'm only talking for myself but I was never in the Nokia shell I was tempted at on time to get a 5210 but luckily couldn't afford it then

so, a question for the egyptians here, do u use the "Live" or " Life" GPRS service ? if yes, how often ? and to you what's the most use of it ?...waiting ur replies........
