@mjct6210,
Followed the advice of one of the regulars here too... si dark_knight_returns yata.
It's not an original SE case (meron bang ganun aside from yung kasama sa box??)... pero its from a known manufacturer of cases / pouches for PDA's and cellphones - NiteIze (www.niteize.com).
Got it from Hahn Manila in Megamall, P1,000+.
Maganda sya kasi heavy duty and protected na protected phone mo. Also, the clip is made of bendable steel so I doubt kung mapuputol ng mandurukot yun. Pero you should try it out first, you might find it bulky for your tastes (mas malaki sya than other cases because of the internal steel frame in the clip). Remember also to get the MEDIUM size one (I'm sure the P800 wouldn't fit in the Small size case kasi Medium nga tama lang sa kanya eh).

@ferrarista,
Same advice as I try to give to others... what software do you have installed and are regularly running? Might help us in trying to solve your problem.
Got my P800 with R1D Firmware already and have never experienced the "10-sec reset" problem while typing my text messages. Actually, I've only experienced it once... and that was when I inserted my MS Duo while it was on the Stand, turning it off, and removing the DUO before turning it on. Never had it again.
But the thing is, I've not installed a lot of thired-party applications yet. Di pa dumadating Brando Screen Protector ko kaya ayaw ko pang maglaro ng games on the P800 (baka magasgasan screen eh... ). So wala pa akong gaanong new software na iniinstall (aside from File Manager and Full Screen Pictures -- these are very useful apps).
That's the problem when you can install new software on a device... it always has that risk factor that something might just make the device unstable. |

hi guys nadaan ako sa semicon sm mla ang ask the latest firmware for p800 rif na daw 4 sw and r6a for fon. ang drawback lang nito is they only upgrade firmware in their main office which is at pasig. i checked smartnet thread and wala pa advice na meron na cla r1f.
and btw, i'm just curious, pag bumili ka ba ng extra ms duo, can u iinterchange them while the p800 is on or u hve 2 turn the fon off? and panu kng u installed software on ms duo #1 and remove it mag error kya?

In my opinion, its always safer to eject a memory when the device is off and yes, if taken out, u wont b able to use the application if u saved it on the card. memory card
