Hi,
I'm new to converting videos for mobiles, just tried M3 for the first time yesterday and it worked fine when I converted a .avi to my K800i.
But I was wondering how to include .srt subtexts into the converted video?
Is M3 capable of that or do I need another program?

yes, you can add subtitles with M3...its on the Video options |

I found the option for subtitles but all the fields concerning subs are greyed out... That is I can't even browse for subtitle files.
Anyone knows why?
Never mind... It seems to work now... I'll just go ahead and try converting and including a sub now. I'll post about the results.

i have a laptop, AMD Turion 64, 1.8 GHz , 1GB DDR RAM, 120GB HDD which i want to sell.....anyway.. can anyone help me? when i convert useing M3 it only plays for about 10Sec.

No idea about the 10 sec problem...
But my conversion with sub worked like a charm. Now I just have to test wich I preferr, letterbox format or missing parts of the picture...
Also, anyone recommend any perticular bitrate for video that still gives (basically) as good quality as the pre set 325 kpbs but shrinks the size?
I'm testing converting 250 kbps right now...

im getting he same newbie. it only seems to happen to certain files tho. im going to try farting about with the codecs and settings this weekend.
actually what version of firm ware are those who are having probs running?

I used to have the "10 second" problem intermittently with the previous fw. Since Jan. 2 update no problems even with >450 MB files, except for the slider which doesn't work. That is P990 fw related though, M3 works fine, just don't use the "Maximize current volume" and "DRC Volume Boost" options.

I seem to recall him aying that he needed to work on other projects......
Someone capable of producing such a good package, might well be busy with other pressures relating to writing more good applications elsewhere.
(Ones that pay money !)

What OS are you using? Do you have .NET Framework installed? Have you checked the log file?
You need to give details for us to be able to speculate.
