Alex, its a fraud. This happens every time SE or Nokia announce a new phone. Please wait and buy 990 from a proper shop or reliable online retailer. Never trust ebay sellers who are selling expensive Smartphones for half the price. |

is there to be a p990a or do we have to resort to a weaker signal with the 1900hz on the p990i. i am currently with t-mobile and when i purchased my p900 i usually got 1 to 2 bars and now i get 4 to full signal with my p910a. i hope that SE considers the north american market.

Any expected price for this phone?? I think it will cost about 900 Euros, but I'm just guessing

I have preordered P990i from a leading Swedish Internet seller. Their price is 6500 SKR which is about $810. |

As I said how can they know what are the existing Nokia phones "at the time of launch", ie. in March?
Nokia doens't categorize their products to just smartphone and non-smartphone category. There are categories like enterprise, imaging, music etc. Each category has it's own top model. |

A Swiss online dealer is offering the P990i for 1159 CHF, about 750 EUR.

They have a note in German that reads something like:
"This article will probably be available again starting from Thursday, 15 December 2005"...

My question is what are they selling?
As far as I was told SonyEricsson is trying to push a larger MemoryStick and even a stereo Bluetooth headset for the launch of the P990 in March.
They will not be selling the P990 in December, be certain of that!
UIQ 3.0 is still in Beta stage and will only be released next year.
They will not sell a phone with a Beta operating system.

Anyone know what FM frequencies the P990 will support? Is North America going to be left out on this as well? I know of car stereos made for certain markets do not support all FM frequencies used around the world but a few do. |

if north amoanica is getting left out of the phone?? what difference does it make if the radio on the phone you aren't getting doesn't work there?? maybe you would by it just as a radio even if the phone wouldn't work there??? have you run out of medication?  |
