Why do they have different timezones it's strange that... I know the usa is big but I find it odd that every state is a different time..

final exams:
went to sleep at 5:30, woke up at 6:30
went to starbucks, drank a quadrple espresso then washed it down with a white mocha latte. Munched on espresso beans on the way to class, ended up wired for 6 hours!
