smartnet technicians...bat di nyo nagawa T39 ko pero sa Unitech Viramall naayos nila? tinatamad na ba kayo mag ayos ng "old cellularphones?", o paid naman kayo ng smartnet kaya maski wala kayong ma repair ok lang?

i don't care if they(unitech) installed an original or replacement parts what important is, it is fixed. and how sure you are if they really installed replacement parts?
yun nga masakit dun eh. twice na akong nagdala ng ericsson dun dahilan nila board. i sure tamad mga technician dun.
if you are working at smartnet no offense....basta sira sila pag dating sa repair.
customer service ok sila. like Darius or Carlos.
