JB will be open sourced in about 2weeks. So it depends on how fast the manufacturers can implement it. Google has beta-started the PDK concept so a few have it. Obviously Asus has it. I don't think some marketing guy at Carphone Warehouse is the most reliable source, giving the impression Google is somehow holding back other tablets. |

there isn't much to jellybean, feature wise, that isn't already somewhat available through a 3rd party app right now. but we all know native features are usually much faster, so i hope jb will come to the 2012/2013 devices sooner rather than later.
so the next date we're waiting for is july 12? is my memory serving me right?

It's a reference device; of course it'll get updated. |

Well, if JB is really better optimized and with better performance than ICS, does that mean that our 2011 Xperias will run it better than the current ICS?
The best mobile phone brand died with Sony Ericsson's death. Shame on you Sony for killing it! And, of course, for ruining the Xperia brand... Mediar's Site |

Sheesh, the reason why I said motorola xoom will get jb too was because, smclion102 posted that its exclusive to google. While google itself never said or told that, infact they have already given out jb to few manufacturers.

C'mon it's not exclusive to Google (like 3.x), it is open source except for proprietary device drivers (hear that, Nvidia?). |
