Yes mint in Bond film.
And someone asked proof to back up my claim that Sony handsets are selling well.
Well at least for Indian market, here's the proof
This is a HUGE increase over sales last year. Only the SONY brand name has worked wonders. |

If you look carefully in the mirror reflection you see a mobile with big flash unit comparing to what we have , is it a xenon flash like the old K800i ?
Can someone share the pic being talked about above ? I didn't see it.

@s4k1s,
I meant it for next year, if no competitive device this year, then better have something that stands up against flagship devices of next year.
@randomuser,
That's nice, But what's the scene like in high end? As far as I can tell Xperia s and Xperia p do not come in that price range, but only u , sola and other older discounted se models.

Don't have exact figures but Sony is behind Samsung in the high end segment. Ahead of HTC though. But still Xperia S is selling quite well! |

So Nexus 7 uses the mobile UI of Android 4.1 instead of the tablet UI.
The best mobile phone brand died with Sony Ericsson's death. Shame on you Sony for killing it! And, of course, for ruining the Xperia brand... Mediar's Site |

Incorrect! ICS on tablets uses the Honeycomb-style interface on tablets. |

@lolstebbo,
"Unified UI framework for phones, tablets, and more
Android 4.0 brings a unified UI framework that lets developers create elegant, innovative apps for phones, tablets, and more. It includes all of the familiar Android 3.x interface elements and APIs — fragments, content loaders, Action Bar, rich notifications, resizable home screen widgets, and more — as well as new elements and APIs.
For developers, the unified UI framework in Android 4.0 means new UI tools, consistent design practices, simplified code and resources, and streamlined development across the range of Android-powered devices."

Unified UI framework
Unified UI framework! Not Unified UI! They talk about the Holo interface ant its specific UI elements - the action bar, the new status bar, new menus and so on, which exist in both UIs - the mobile and tablet UI.

Ah my bad, ics on phone tablet looked really similar to me...

Btw is it just me that finds nexus q to be like a clone of mbs-100? I just don't get the point with q, with mbs100 you could pair up or connect devices and play instantly, and it was like 100$. This requires you to sync everything from the cloud. Also there were supposed to be 5 nexus devices, but we got 2 and 0 phone. This is strange..
