I have a problem !!! I tried to update my firmare (seus) and now my phone is dead !!! i did exactly as said in the 'overview' and also followed the instructions, that showed up in SEUS. it gets to the 'updating' part where i have to hold the "C" button until the updating begins. i turned my phone off, hold "C" and plug the phone into the USB. The update started.. but ended at 2% !! communication error, something like that. My phone is DEAD now. Then i tried the Recovery mode.. but my computer doesn't recognize my phone when I insert it into the USB port. "Found new device! Unknown device! USB Device Not Recognized!" What I have to do now ?? Please help me !!! I want my phone to work again..  |

thats why it is bad to touch your phone after you pressed C button, i think there was bad contact of usb cable with phone, thats why you have "communication error" at only 2%. If recovery mode does not help, you have to go to service center. |

How can you find out where your nearest SE service center is? just wondered as people seem to say "went to" or "Sent to"? i not seen anyhting on there site about it,? maybe im looking in the wrong place?

There´s a risk that all your data, including phonebook, might be deleted when you upgrade or do some changes. From what i understand, you should take your phone to the nearest SE service centre. |

Hi I'm having a problem with my K750i and i was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem or if its happening because of something i am doing.
My Joystick shortcuts keep changing back to the originals (defaults). Is anyone else facing the same problem. My firmware version is R1N035. |

Well, I do. I had it fixed with R1N035 but I am having the problem again with R1NA005. Can someone check this please? |

TJ, try a master reset. I know it's a pain, but there is a reasonably good chance that a master reset will fix it. I've heard of it done atleast a couple of times. Can't find the posts though.
I don't think it's a firmware issue, since I've seen this problem reported on all previous firmwares (and now R1N as well with your post). I had the problem on my R1J but it disappeared when I updated to R1L. Yet I have also seen peeps with this problem on R1L, so I think it was simply the resetting of the firmware that fixed it for me. I probably could have fixed it by master resetting rather than updating to R1L (still R1L is the best and most stable firmware so far so I'm glad I did update). |

I've had this problem but I never really use the shortcuts, but will try a master rest soon to see if it fixes it. |

has anyone else gotten seus to install a different firmware once they were on r1n035? I am trying to either downgrade to l002 or at least eu1of n035. i rename the files right before i press 'c' and connect, but after i connect I get a connect error.
anyone? |
