gil, maybe the unit i bought was a little scratch la at the chrome cover part....and makes it looks so platicky, at first b4 i bought it i tot it was metallic and can feel the metal plate when i get hold of it, but when i did i only felt plastic la, anyway it should be really nice if the whole unit looks brand new and without scratches

2) Do I have to call them up to activate it? Or wat are the steps involved?

Yeah maybe also la... but the battery cover is aluminium u know? not bad la... not as light as i thought it to be... almost same weight as my T68i... I tried the handsfree.... damn noisy wei... got all kinds of static noise... wonder whether it's the phone problem or the handsfree....
you got the t300 for ur sis already? How is it? T-Choice wARRANTY? Got everything inside the box? eg: strap
I'll get it for my gf after my exam... finishing on 12th Mac... so can I trouble you to pick me up to the shop in bangsar?
