I totally agree. Glass is glass but it is not the glass alone that will make it shock proof. If the edges of the glass are protected properly it will be vary hard to crack the glass.

wow, i don't remember when there was this much anticipation surrounding a sony announcement...great to see so much fanfare...i can't wait for the announcement, will be spectacular....i just hope i can get my hands on an xperia z soon after announcement...

Yeah, I don't like that trend either. Hope it won't continue with Q4 phone.

i didn't like it in the first place as well...however, after using the v for a while, i really don't miss it that much....i've never really treated phones as a replacement for a real camera anyway...

Whoa r u still using the N900?

I could do without the camera button too but don't want it to become a Sony trend.
