In addition to this the Sony Ericsson SK17i, the rumors of the Sony Ericsson Walkman phone Android system will also be at the end of April or May launch. According to informed sources saying that Sony Ericsson is developing the Android system Walkman phone XPERIA X8 version of its next model E16i.

3 inch screen is too small. 3.5 inch would have been ideal.

I agree with him, I don't know how people use it.
But I have understood one thing, there is always a market for everything!
T200 -> T68i -> T610 -> K700i -> P910i -> W800i -> P990i -> M600i -> P1-> Nokia E71 -> X1i -> X10 -> Arc S -> Sony Z1 -> Sony Z Ultra -> Sony Z3+ -> iPhone 6 -> iPhone 7 Plus -> iPhone X -> iPhone XS Max |

I don't get why they don't brand all their music players with the Walkman logo. Seen as pulled it from the ashes back in 06 to begin with, and now that Sony has discontinued the Walkman it makes sense to add a 'W' on the music player.

if the xperia mini successor is being produced in China then that's good news, production won't be affected by the disaster aftermath in Japan. It might even make an appearance at the same time or even before Neo/Arc production normalizes. |

My guess would be that even if the handset is assembled in China many key components (e.g. Sony's camera sensors) would be produced in Japan so don't count on an undisturbed production timeline.
