In Australia, this is what we know as Jaffa's:
Same diameter as a smartie, our jaffa's are chocolate balls covered in orange flavoured candy. Must admit the english version likes quite yummy too.

So thats crazy taking Jaffa to court..
are they saying they have to change there name to Jaffa Biscuits... that don't sound rite btw...
