Screen has smaller surface when diaplays 21:9 content. Overall surface is larger, means heavier screen. The gorilla glass gonna be larger and heavier as well. Metal frames become bigger and heavier. There is no way this phone remains below 200g . Main camera of mark 2,3 and 4 output basically same results.
What are 2 things sony like to advertise? Lightweight and easy to hold.
I bet sales gonna be worse than 1v.
BONUS: OP11 has very same dimensions and 5000mAh. Weight is 205g. It does not have periscope nor Qi coil.

Or 6g1 aka nerfed 778. Sony is too greedy to put 7g3 inside phone and ask less than €600. If we are lucky , maybe 7g1 or 7sg2 (another disguise for 778). |

Honestly whatever it is, it's way better than junk of 695. I doubt we will ever see 7gX in Sony. Unless they decide to turn 10 series into middle ground between current 10 and 5. |

There is no reason for 10 to ditch native 21:9 display cause it's price is most likely dirt cheap.
I think blogs got out of their way to make a sensational headlines about Xperia ditching 21:9 aspect ratio and that simply is not true. Maybe 1VI will not have native 21:9 display anymore but they have successfully adopted smaller 19:5 to be effective 21:9.
I have nothing against that move but I do have against dropping 4K for QHD+ because 1 series narrow form factor uses thin type rendering and there is obvious difference in clarity in small type compared to other bigger QHD+ devices. If im not mistaken this will be the smallest QHD+ display on the market. |

Another excuse from sony. Using chinese screen would easily save dozens of dollars per panel. Even keeping 4k 21:9. That could even higher price of 8g3. Should also start to offer 128GB variant to those that dont need 256.
Same proce of mark 5, with downgrade screen and no exmor T on periscope. The whole A.I 💩 cannot compensate it. I bet this whole A.I is same crap other are doing: just scene recognition (already there ) , eraser and useless stuff.
Anyone buying edge 50 phones?

Xperia 5 is extremely comfortable to use and is a powerhouse. Being smaller, the price is far more reasonable than paying over £1000 for Xperia 1. Xperia 10 isn't powerful enough. If I'm forced to buy a big phone, I'll get a OnePlus or Nothing phone and treat myself to wireless headphones and maybe a smartwatch too. If I need a small phone, Galaxy and Pixel are there. Very disappointing from Sony, they took the fans for granted. |

probably 5 had worse sales among them. Sony just needs to make 10 vi strong like edge 50 pro, but keep it below €540. |
