The Zenfone 2 looks great and 4GB of RAM is fantastic news for those expecting the same in the Z4, my only complaint is the phone is over 1cm thick yet the battery capacity is less than the Z3 which is shorter, thinner and narrower. Could it be poor space management inside? Either way I'd expect a much larger battery given the dimensions.
I'm so happy 'cause today I've found my friends ... They're in my head

Wow what a boring press conference by Samsung, even LG's was better and their OLED tvs still seem and feel better than what samsung is offering today. Now to stay up for Sony's event or not that is the question. |

I still don't buy the oled story they are telling. They've lied before about how reliable the tech is and even the 2014 line up was a disaster. Very expensive 55'' TVs had dead pixels within a week of use, burn ins, etc. At least they are offering flat options instead of going all in with the curved nonsense.
Also webOS vs Tizen vs Firefox OS on Panasonic sets and now all I want to see is Sony's take on Android TV. I bet they will fail again, but 4 minutes to go

TVs are the same design as last year, even the interface is the same. Yes there is a super thin top model that will cost around 5000 for a 65"... Well, the picture above sums it all up rather well.

What were you saying ebato?
Running Android TV, Playstation NOW and integrating the new XR1 chipset (which is basically the X-Reality for 4k content).
Hi guys! It has been a LOT since my last post here on ESATO
Happy new Year to everyone here! I'm leaving with my Z2 from a year or so and couldn't be more happy with it! but I'm still looking for the next Z4 (especially the tablet)
I admit it wasn't a superexciting conference! but c'mon it was very good!
Except for the TV the announced a new ActionCAM with 4k capability, a new Handycam with 4k capability!
Tony Hawk wass on stage and tested the 4K Action Cam

New walkman ZX2 (a vwery niche product) capable of streaming Hi Res audio through your home with the wifi, and a new line of home theaters, speakers, sounbar and so on with this Hi Res multiroom streaming capability
New series of blu ray player (not liking them)
http://community.sony.co.uk/t[....]es-products-audio/ba-p/1862268
But the thing I'm more excited/interested is surely the LifeSpace UX concept, which I wwas happy to hear they are still working on! I love that Ultra HD short range projector and all the other type of screen/light/soundlight and so on they are working on and developing
Sorry Guys I know this is not the right thread for all this the only news for Xperia is that Next Month they'll roll out Lollipop 5.0 to all the Z-series and Lollipop 5.1 during July! |
