Thanks guys. I just returned from a 4 day tour from kerala, india. I'm living in tamilnadu. Kerala is the wonderful place for tourism.lot of places to see. I've some more I'll post later bec i'm out my PC's
And I used rodriquez SMCX v1.3 driver unfortunately that was the last version in manual driver and left untuned.i chose bec I needed manual controls mainly manual focus. Ya I know the white balance is improper but the color are normal. Making vivid will spoil the real colors.
And I don't know about the spider it was sitting on the tree, my friend spotted that. I'm working on camera driver so hope I'll discover a better driver.
Replying through mobile so can't mentioned the names so please extract from the mixed answer. |

EV is nothing but exposure... amout of light.
which is denoted in single number....
by setting the EV the camera gets adjusted its Shutter speed, aperture for the given ISO. |

@spursevere: You can set EV using the left and right dpad while using the camera, when you press to the left, it lowers EV (the screen shows steps in values of 0.3, for example, if you press left twice, it will show EV-0.7)... you can experiment with different EV values for different scenes, for example, a macro shot with flash could come out better if you use EV- 0.3 or EV -0.7 because the camera sets itself to get a less exposed pic (less light enter the sensor), so the picture does not get excess light from the flash. The EV values are useful in highly lit environments too, to reduce overexposure, and in low light situations, when you want to get more details in the picture (less dark areas)...
However, setting the EV to +2.0 or -2.0 is rarely needed, it all depends on your taste, so experiment with the settings and you'll soon get pictures with the right exposure
Hope i made it clear enough
