Is the DCU-65 cable the default cable for the P1i? Also any chance you can do a mini tutorial on the Davinci client?
Thanks |

Theres a guide already on Davinci for flashing PDA's. Its in the left margin and downloads in PDF format. Its the one I followed so it must be easy
Only thing it didn't say was that after you select you firmware the first time. It dowloads it from the server and then stops.
I had to unplug my P1. Close down the Davinci client and restart it. Removed and reinserted the battery on the phone. Held the C button and clicked on Ready on the Davinci client. Everything went straight on from there.
Oh. I used the DCU-65 cable with mine but the DCU-60 will also work (Unless you doing software on K750, W800, W810 etc where DCU-60 only works)
I tried sniffing coke once but didnt like it. The bubbles kept going up my nose |

green tint is still there in all its glory.
seen an email on here saying that SE are aware of the problem and that it will be fixed with a fw update tho. Don't think it will be for a while, this was only a very minor update.

You will also get an error when acessing the browsers homepage when you restore the backup. To fix it. Go into your bookmarks and edit the O2 bookmark to wap.o2.co.uk and everything is sorted. This is because o2 put a custom bookmark in the Z drive. Mine now goes straight to the original SE homepage.

Well I debranded my O2 P1i and also updated the Firmware via SEUS so far no problems. I did not had to restart my DVT client it just went straight through My debrand took about 35 mins (I think its due to my internet connection). SEUS took a bit longer but all in all it was good.
Now to get some apps on there and play about with the stuff |

Thanks myth. Its nice to see that they are at least aware of the problem. I remember I must have sent 20 emails of Nokia when that had the problem with the n73 purple tint and i never even got a response. |
