this timed sequencing mode definitly doesn't work and just hangs the phone or camera app. I've tried 5 times now only the burst mode works

the operational speed is mostly fine, a little slow moving between pics in the gallery perhaps

no, actually its a bit jerky scrolling through the images and although they are all the same resolution, some appear immediately while with others you see the photo icon first for 1/2 second and then the image

I generally browse landscape when available, that include M600 andWM devices too

I kinda like the mouse style pointing ni the browser, though I do miss touch screen as this seems a bit long winded by comparison

ok, looking online at the K800 it seems the central button and the 4 directional button are all on part, whereas on the N95 the central button is separate from the for directional button surrounding it

I dont have my cam with me where I am now but I'll trying and get a close up pic later

does it "fit" your fingers at usage? sometimes the brands forget, that the fones are used by adults, not 8 years old children

no, actually its a bit jerky scrolling through the images and although they are all the same resolution, some appear immediately while with others you see the photo icon first for 1/2 second and then the image

This is because the thumbnail files are being generated for newly added image. Fyi, the "real" image file is never displayed by gallery (unless you zoom in). It makes smaller images (of various sizes) of the real image file and store them in subfolders. Gallery display these files instead. So the next time the gallery seems slow the reason is not due to displaying large image (but due to background process creating these thumbnails)

As time goes by, these thumbnail folders get cluttered. I have not investigate for N95, but for previous version, these thumbnails are not deleted even you after you deleted the actual image.

So sometimes it is good idea to go and delete this thumbnail folders to get rid of these files. These files do take up a lot of disk space. Remember that with a 2Gb memory card formated with FAT, the smallest disk space used per file is 32K (even if the file data size is 50bytes).
