Where did you get the radars from? There are many versions, Sweden has two, one that i found at rapidshare, and one that Joel found on a swedish site.

dunno about the keylocking. did you place the radars in the map folder? if so, then the ratars might be bad in some way.

Hi Peter,
If you look at my post from 08:49 this morning there is a guide as to how to activate the distance and sound you want for speed cameras only the installed sounds I'm afraid no voices though.

I've installed TomTom and it startsup nicely, but after i've chosen the voice pack and get to the map part it says no maps installed. I've copied the GB_maps folder to the root of the memory stick. Ive also tried putting the GB maps files without the folder in the root.

I can't get to the device id part of TomTom. Where should I put the maps?

Thanks for any help

exactly. I'm not one to get arsey normally but people are just not even bothering to look now or trying to help themselves. I'll still try help but I wish people would look first at least before asking the same questions over and over.

When i put the memory stick in, the 'Install Software' comes up, i click on Install, but fails to install due to a security check. Cannot install. What am i doing wrong?

p.s. when i click details - Certificate had expired at the time it was used.

You do not need to do anything with data.chk file
All you need to do is put your ogg file in your map diriectory and name it the same as the poi you want.
For example if you have a poi called camera_30mph and the bmp and ov2 file are in the map dir, name the ogg file to camera_30mph and when you add the poi it will know the voice file and use that.

This works great om my Tomtom Go 300 and on my SE P990

Just want to give an update to my issue about connecting to Tom Tom PLUS via the phone. The problem is that I have WiFi as my 1st priority for my Internet account in Connection Manager. The phone is not able to make a connection to Tom Tom when this is the case. My GPRS account is priority 2. When I set this as priority 1 the phone connects with no problems. Obviously I can keep changing the priorities as and when, but I would have expected the application to try a different source to connect if the first one was not available, as per the priority settings. Has anybody else seen this or can anybody tell me where I might be going wrong? Thanks in advance.
