a sad day for me.
my T39m is officially considered as dead.
i can turn him on sure, but i can't adjust anything of do something cause it freezes.
i now have to go back to my T600 to use as a replacement at home for my T610 (i'm trying to save that one cause its not in a good shape anymore).
if my T600 should fail i'll have to go back to my as good as new T66. one phone that i've only used for a week. its brand new no markt or anything, i just can't get it over my heart to use it.
oyea about 3-4weeks ago my T300 died. i take very good care of my phones but still...

Some moisture? Try to open carefully and let dry some days´ period.
In case T39 is dead You can try to find a T39 on a Swedish auction place Tradera http://www.tradera.com/service/eng/index.asp
I have seen many times good second hand T39s.
Bytheway Startac 2nd edition is on the market already http://wirelessimports.com/ProductDetail.asp?ProductID=362
But it don´t work in Europe.

i've mailed /// about it.
they replyed:
Mobile phones, accessories and devices are Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications products.
Your question has been forwarded to the Sony Ericsson Customer Care Center for your country.
They will contact you promptly.
you better contact SE in your country, cause SE service in Belgium is extremly terrible!

Yes, It should have the same antenna. That makes it what it is. It's almost a type of brand, that kind off antenna's.

I'd like to see the antenna too.
BTW, here is a poster. The antenna of T39 was not the standard one. Anyone have ever seen that version? Maybe just a prototype.
