Those photos are the GX. Are the GX Japan only version. The tell tale sign is the Japan only mobile wallet logo in the middle of the back of the casing.
and the NTT DoCoMo written on the label, and all the Japanese writing everywhere on all those photos.
I'm not saying the international version (if there is going to be one) doesn't look very similar, but those photos are the Japanese GX.

Mint is Plastic and Looks very cheap not impressed at all, All Black with chrome buttons and a chrome ring around a protruding camera lense
I still do not understand why the premium price for the MINT if it is all plastic and fat? |

Can anyone confirm yet if Mint has a metal housing?
Mint only has a metal back cover of sorts. The rest of the body is plastic. It is thicker than the Hayabusa, more like a fatter arc.
@smclion
That's more like it. Although a few countries like India will be seeing both Hayabusa and Mint being launched.

We're once again in Singapore where Sony will launch not one, not three but a whopping 6 Xperia smartphones including the Xperia ion
Came across this tweet by SoyaCincau, a Malaysian mobile site.
That is GREAT, if true. Miro & Tipo probably included though.

If they include Ion 6 would be:
Mint
Hayabusa
Tipo
Tipo Dual-Sim
Miro
Ion
right?
@smclion102
The original roadmap was for India and prices (Hence why the Japan SX among others were't on there) were in rupees. It's an assumption that we've all made that ANY of those handsets would be released any where else in the world at all.

The other Sony Xperia device making its SEA debut tomorrow is the Xperia neo L that was first launched in China in June

@smclion
The roadmap was leaked in India remember, so its safe to assume it was for Indian carriers. Anyway it had both the Hayabusa and Mint. With LTE just making an entrance here, it looks likely Mint will also launch here.
Btw from unknown13x
" It "looks like" metal. I didn't say it is. I haven't
touched it yet, so I can't tell the material.
What he describes is absolutely correct.
There is a chrome ring around the camera.
The SIM/memory card slot is also weird.
It's a small flap at the back. Looks like a
bat-mobile(Tumbler) version of the arc.
Thick and ruggedy looking. It would be cool
if they advertise it in Batman, sadly they
obviously won't. Which comes to what I
said before that most, if not all, will prefer
Hayabusa over Mint just based on
cosmetics alone."

Of course....it can very easily be Acro S, Go, Miro, ion, Tipo & Tipo Dual (depending on if these are classed as one or two the other could be neo L)
There is still every chance nothing will be announced today
EDIT: Almost confirmed from looking above, hopefully something gets announced.
