i borrow my friends X10 today and shot some indoor pics.............X10 used a much higher ISO-level then C902, (dont ask my why.....bad optimized cam-driver maybe ????)

I think X10 used a higher ISO than your C902 because you increased the exposure compensation (EV) on the X10 to +1 to make the picture over-exposed, maybe along with smudged lens too.
The EXIF for the C902 photo shows that EV was set to 0.0 :

i didnt change EV at all..........i just started the camera and click (have no idea why it says 1.0)........it shouldn't set iso.320 indoor when its that bright anyway.
