Yeah and I've occasionally been watching the new series of 'V' too.

P1i sepia pics taken at the Poppy Day Parade at the Ace Cafe in north-west London today:

Thanks H. Ya I just can't let it go yet, or feel the urgent need to upgrade it. It's getting on a bit now, being over 3 years with me and still delivering.
I was thinking of the N900 but that OS looks like a seriously dead end of sorts.. Meego wherefore art thou? LOL.

i heard something like that when talking about the whole conspiracy of The Illuminati with some classmates a while ago, the way i see it now, rather not bother myself with such things, what happens, happens.

Removing system apps on the X10 like Moxier,OfficeSuite and Quadrapop using Titanium Backup. Are there going to be problems when flashing a new ROM on the phone if you've done this or when updating software? No problems at all - DELETE away.....!

Rather FREEZE them for a few days to see if your phone works without them then uninstall later when you are sure.

Do you guys use Tasker much? I rate it as the best app for Android by far - I am even running out of ideas on how to use it. One of my profiles is to record all calls automatically to sdcard in case I ever need to refer back to them in the future. Also for those times when you need to play back some call to a service provider when they go back on their word and need to be shown "proof" that they are talking BS.....

Just need to try to duplicate all functionality of "Setting Profiles" in Tasker, then I can get rid of that one too....

I read about it at Mobile-Review, it sounds like an excellent app, you can set it to boot up certain apps at certain intervals and perform what they need to do for a certain period etc... Havent tried yet, i dont think its made for people like me though lol, atleast not until im back in lectures in feb next year when everyday is the same thing.

Thats true Hobbs, by the way its 8 people who get to keep it, so hopefuly i'll be one of them. I will keep it if one of the lucky ones, i want to see those major upgrades coming to S^3, so in 3-4months time it maybe a whole new phone, you know how Nokia are, it should be worth the wait, that's the one thing that will keep me a interested in Nokias, updates guaranteed for 2years, i read a rumour that there's apparently another 5800 FW in the works, the thing is already 2years and still getting some update love lol.

Its here!! Arrived nice and early this morning at around 9:30am. Lol, it was quite exciting opening the box, wondering what colour i got, i was thinking Silver or Black, imagine the suprise when i saw this:

I hate green, but this looks FREAKIN AWESOME! Its lime green with a metalic finish, very nice.
In the box there is a lot of goodies: Car Charger, USB-OTG adapter, HDMI adapter, in-ear headphones, AC charger and the other usual stuff:

So far i like it, Symbian^3 has some nice very Android-ish tweaks, it still needs a lot of work though, specificaly that awfuly outdated web browser which can be very unbearable if you're coming from Android/iOS.
It has tons of potential though, i really like it, a lot more than the 5800, but i still feel better on the droid.
