Playing around with the P910i camera and some magnifying lenses, like those used by stamp collectors. Some interesting macro work. I started a page on phone cam photography. http://www.icon.co.za/~why/phonecam

@Res, you should experiment with magnifying your usual shots. Imagine, you could get a close up of some girl at Starbucks...

magnifying glass won't work ... ever try looking through someone else's glasses? same effect.

you'd need to use binoculars.
i once got a nice shot with one of those opera-glasses. the magnification was minimal (2x, i think) but if you get good binoculars, you could take pictures with that.
